Trades for Printed Donor Lists
We think we have a great service, but we always want to make it better. One of the ways you can help us make it better is to help us improve the coverage in your area or nationally. We can help the budget conscious nonprofit or freelance prospect researcher with free access to DonorSearch.net. You can help us collect and incorporate printed donor lists that we do not already have.
So look in the drawers or in the files or pickup an extra copy at the APRA exchange meetings. See what you can find to make this service better. Up to half of your monthly service fee can be offset by donor list credits. The current exchange rate is $5.00 for donor lists from 1999 and earlier, $10.00 for donor lists from 2000 to 2005, and $15.00 each for 2006 and newer that we don't already have. You can scan them into files, copy them, or ship them to us. (Our shipping number is available for your use.) If you want the originals returned, please let us know.
Trades for Archived Donor Records
Every nonprofit has electronic donor records in their donor management or membership management software that have little or no perceived value to the current development focus. Sometimes the records are archived and removed from the day-to-day system. Sometimes even abandoned donor records from defunct nonprofits are available. If these are records we do not have, they may have value as we build the DonorSearch.net repository. If your organization has records that they are willing to trade, please let us know. We are especially interested in multiple years of giving history.
Trades for Your Organization's Swap/Exchange List
Your organization may already swap or trade donor lists with other nonprofits who are looking to acquire new donors. If you own donor gift records we do not have, they may have value as we build the DonorSearch.net repository. If your organization has records that they are willing to trade, please let us know. We are especially interested in multiple years of giving history. Street mailing addresses are not a requirement, but we do need the gift range and fiscal year.
