Administrative Associate

The Administrative Assistant’s key responsibility is providing support to the Administrative & Human Resources department, as well as assisting in general operations of the company. You will report to the Director of Administration and will assist in administrative, operational and financial tasks as needed. Client Support Representative

The Customer Service Representative position requires working together with the marketing team, production and implementation team, sales representatives, the executives and other clients service representatives. The primary responsibilities include maintaining a portfolio, working with new clients, assisting with training, identifying potential upgrade responsibilities, and aiding current client in renewals. This position will require the representative to assist customers in response to inquiries about products, services and training. All interaction with clients are documented using the Salesforce application. The customer service representative works as a member of the team and will report directly to the manager of customer service. They maintain these relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and recommending profit and service improvements. Full Stack Web Developer
  • DonorSearch is a prospect research organization that has built a strong and profitable business by providing research, screening, and analytics to help non-profits achieve their fundraising goals. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced yet flexible work environment. The Fullstack Web Developer would work with the IT team in building dynamic, data-driven products. The ideal candidate has experience in coding secure classes in PHP in an object-oriented environment, analyzing and designing MySQL databases, writing proper MySQL queries and indexes for optimal performance, creating web pages using HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript/jQuery and Ajax, and setting up and securing servers. We are interested in an individual who is a quick learner and is comfortable multi-tasking, who enjoys having the flexibility to work on all aspects of product development, and who has the ability and desire to see a project through all phases of the SDLC. Required skills and experience: 2+ years PHP experience Understanding and familiarity with the LAMP stack Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL) Proficiency with HTML(5), JavaScript/jQuery, CSS(3) Knowledge of how to properly write secure object-oriented code Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff Experience utilizing version control software is a plus Advanced knowledge of MySQL databases is a plus Position/Location/Compensation Compensation based on experience Must be able to legally work in the U.S. This is a full-time position that will require you to work on-site at our Marriottsville, MD location.
