Sales Representative

Job Description


DonorSearch is a prospect research organization that has built a strong and profitable business by providing research, screening, and analytics to help non-profits achieve their fundraising goals. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced yet flexible work environment.

The primary goal of the Sales Representative will be to serve as an ambassador by establishing an open and engaging line of communication between DonorSearch and potential clients. After finding prospective clients, this individual would then evaluate the client’s position in the prospect research industry, research and analyze their needs, and offer solutions and services through DonorSearch’s products.

Essential Responsibilities


• Sell products by establishing contact and developing business relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
• Play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options
• Working effectively independently and with their sales team to reach weekly, monthly, and yearly quota goals
• Cultivate leads generated through other marketing channels

Job Requirements


• 3+ years of professional work experience required
• 1 year of telemarketing or cold-calling experience is preferred
• Excellent negotiating, prospecting and client relationship building skills
• Ability to speak with confidence and poise
• Non-profit, fundraising or prospect research experience is a plus!
• Ability to travel at least once a month (within the US)
• Motivated, accountable, and energetic

Full Stack Web Developer

What We’re Looking for in a Team Member


The prospective candidate would ideally have experience in coding secure classes in PHP in an object-oriented environment, analyzing and designing MySQL databases, writing proper MySQL queries and indexes for optimal performance, creating responsive web pages using HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript/jQuery and Ajax, and setting up and securing servers.
We are interested in an individual who is a quick learner and is comfortable multi-tasking, who enjoys having the flexibility to work on all aspects of product development, and who has the ability and desire to see a project through all phases of the SDLC. We are looking for a Captain America or Super Woman to join our team of superheroes! Self-taught is welcome.

Client Support Representative

Job Description


DonorSearch is a prospect research organization that has built a strong and profitable business by providing research, screening, and analytics to help non-profits achieve their fundraising goals. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced yet flexible work environment.

The Customer Service Representative position requires working together with the marketing team, production and implementation team, sales representatives, the executives and other clients service representatives. The primary responsibilities include maintaining a portfolio, working with new clients, assisting with training, identifying potential upgrade responsibilities, and aiding current client in renewals. This position will require the representative to assist customers in response to inquiries about products, services and training. All interaction with clients are documented using the Salesforce application. The customer service representative works as a member of the team and will report directly to the manager of customer service.

Essential Responsibilities


• Providing client training to individuals and groups, both remotely and on-site
• Ongoing customer support via email, phone calls, and webinars
• Identifying potential upgrade opportunities in accounts
• Successfully maintaining a portfolio of clients
• Working toward a team sales quota
• Identifying client concerns and successfully problem solve
• Thorough and effective on-boarding of new clients
• Providing quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, sales, renewals, and system troubleshooting

Job Requirements


• Undergraduate degree required
• 1-2+ year experience in customer service
• Demonstration of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales, technology, and/or nonprofit industry experience is preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to travel 1-3 days per month
