About the Presenter: Andrew Polter, CFRE, serves as Executive Director of Development for the University of Cincinnati Foundation, where he leads all medical education fundraising for the College of Medicine. He brings a breadth of experience across higher education, the arts, and mission-driven organizations, with prior roles at Eastern Kentucky University, Miami University, Boston Lyric Opera, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and the Chautauqua Institution. A Certified Fund Raising Executive and one of only 38 CFRE Global Ambassadors worldwide, Andrew is deeply engaged in advancing the profession. He serves on the AFP Greater Cincinnati Board of Directors, leading Community Engagement efforts, and is a frequent speaker on major gifts, building cultures of philanthropy, and innovation in fundraising.
