How to Raise: Raising funds when it feels like the bottom is falling out

We live in a time of dramatic change at all levels. What’s a fundraiser to do when it feels like the bottom is falling out, e.g., federal funding uncertain, major foundations already and likely to experience further scrutiny, and nonprofits potentially struggling to keep the doors open. This session will address change leadership and development of a short-term plan to address these uncertain times.
